I help people individuals focus their voice, clarify their goals, and thrive in sustainable ways, identifying and integrating critical pieces of self along the way. His focus lies on helping individuals cultivate self-awareness and emotional resilience in facing life's challenges, and implementing strategies to stay grounded in the midst of change and personal transformation.

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College, and I’m currently a student of Lifestyle Medicine at the University of Thessaly in Greece, gaining vital knowledge to enable healthier, happier living.

Coaching is a process of enabling & catalyzing personal transformation through one-on-one conversations. By understanding you and your goals, I help you connect the dots, stay grounded, build focus, and take iterative steps toward your desired future state. In short, I help bring in your timeline on meeting your goals, including professional goals, health goals, or redesigning your life entirely.

How We Work Together

Coaching is most effective when we connect weekly or bi-weekly, allowing enough time to activate on our sessions while building the critical momentum that leads to sustainable transformation. New clients typically commit to three months of coaching so that we have the time and space to define goals, work through obstacles, and observe meaningful results in their daily lives.
