👋🏽 Hi, I’m Joseph — Integrated Coach & Interdisciplinary Researcher

I have a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College, and an MA in Design Research from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. I completed coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute, the world’s most renowned experiential coach training organization, where I continue to deepen my practice under supervision. In parallel, I’m completing a Master of Science in Lifestyle Medicine at the University of Thessaly, where I’m researching behavioral interventions for chronic disease, health, and wellbeing. Integrated Coaching creates a structured space to explore and honor all the layers of who we are—our heritage, bodies, minds, crafts, dreams, interests, habits, relationships, our inner worlds, and our outer impact—and shift into coherence, purpose, and alignment with our life’s vision. Integrated coaching strives to be evidence-based, and supports clients navigating transitions, changing habits, building resilience, and cultivating the emotional intelligence needed to thrive, with a specific focus on health and wellbeing, relationships, work, and personal growth.

My approach blends positive psychology, lifestyle medicine, narrative practices, and design thinking to create uniquely tailored, evidence-informed coaching arcs that help clients foster coherence across their personal and professional lives.
